I love doorways. In fact, in 1977-78 on trips to Greece, I took many, many photos of Greek doorways, gates & plain old openings to fields. I showed them to Olympic Airlines through a friend who worked there & they made a tourism poster out of it. I was too young & stupid to realize that when they took them to look at, they were also "stealing" them for future use. Who had the money to go after them. You probably know the poster I am speaking about, it has been around all these years. Anyway, now on trips we take you can find me shooting doorways. Nowadays, though, if I post them to friends online, who knows where they may appear.
